About Lucinda

Lucinda's passion for the performing arts begain at a young age. In the summer of 1997 she managed to persuade a theatre company recruiting older young people to perform in 'Joseph and Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat' that she was mature enough for the opportunity, and has never looked back since.
She gained her first professional job during her second year of musical theatre college, working for the Magic Rose Theatre Company. She performed in a summer season for the company at the Landmark Theatre in Ilfracombe, playing Mother Duck in 'The Ugly Duckling' and Princess Calypso in 'Treasure Island.
Lucinda trained in Musical Theatre at CPA Studios, where she was Head Girl. Her credits within training include Rosemary in 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying' and Ida in 'Honk'.
Most recently Lucinda played the role of Joan in 'Sincerely Yours' at the Landor Theatre, directed by Robert McWhir, with musical direction from Michael Webborn. Based on the lives of a group of performers during WWII, Lucinda has a massive interest in theatre set in the past and really loved working on this project.
Prior to this Lucinda performed in 'Anything Goes' at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, playing the role of Hope Harcourt, for KD Theatre Productions.
